I wouldn't necessarily say you are special in that respect. Tulpamancy is very commonly paired with other issues, it feels like.

hello!! i just found out about this and it seems to answer my questions about how this had happened, but for some minor confirmation may i ask can you bond better with your tulpa(s) if they appear in dreams? mine has appeared in my dreams, is this normal for development and can it even happen?

It is possible to force your Tulpæ in dreams, but personally I would prefer active forcing. Please don't feel pressured to force them in dreams either, since not all Tulpamancers can Lucid dream.
